Intra and Year-end assurance: we play a key role in development of reporting and non-GAAP measures, Risk Report, Management discussion and analysis (MD&A).
Corporate Secretarial Services (Domestic & Foreign): Drafting of board materials such as planning documents, investment summaries, SEC, SEDAR, EDGAR and SEDI (CSA), Disclosure Compliance Health Check-up, ensuring the company records are correct and complete, liaisoning with companies' external legal Counsel, Setting and updating virtual data room, Pre-acquisition/ Project records and administrative duties, assist the company in creation of virtual Data Room for investigations.
